August 2026

We build the outbound unit,
run it, then hand it over.

You asked us to come back in the fourth quarter and the thread never restarted. This is the short version of the other half of the group, the consulting arm rather than the magazine side.

What we see

The boutique is not the market. The trade is.

01
A house of this kind has two markets that look nothing alike. One is the client who walks into a store, and no outbound unit belongs anywhere near that. Nothing here goes near it.
02
The other is the trade. The houses, ateliers, tailors, private label makers and interior brands that buy cloth by the meter. That side is a countable set of named companies with named buyers, and it behaves like a business market because it is one.
03
In that market first contact usually happens at a fabric fair, through an agent, or because a designer already knew the mill. All three reach the buyers who were already looking.
04
The rest is a list. Named ateliers and made to measure houses, named private label manufacturers, named interior and furniture brands, named uniform and corporate outfitters, one country at a time.
05
Reaching them is not a campaign. It is a unit: a named list per market, a voice, an operator, and a record of who has been spoken to and what they said.

Where this goes

The half a mill rarely builds

Today
.
In this trade the fabric side is reached at two or three fairs a year and through agents who hold the relationships.
.
Coverage of a country tends to be whoever walked the aisle and whoever the agent already knows.
.
There is rarely a maintained list of the ateliers, private label makers and interior brands in a given market, and rarely a record of who has already been approached.
.
Where that is the shape, coverage is a feeling rather than a number, and the buyers who never came to the fair are invisible by construction.
In the first weeks and months
+
A named-account list per market and per segment, built from public sources and kept current.
+
A message written for one real person at a time, in the language of that market, reviewed by a human before it goes.
+
An operator inside the business trained to run it after we leave.
+
Reporting that answers how much of the list has been reached and what came back.

How the engagement works

Build. Run. Own.

01 / BUILD

Build

We design, staff and stand up the complete unit. The named-account data, the messaging, the outbound engine, the automation and the reporting.

02 / RUN

Run

We run it in market for a fixed four months and prove it on real booked meetings, not slides. First conversations land early.

03 / OWN

Own

We hand over the playbook, the tooling, the dashboards and a trained operator. You own the engine.

One contractor, a network of specialists. One point of contact, and you never manage a stack of tools or freelancers.
We build it, run it in market, then hand you the keys
What we build for Loro Piana

Three things, built once and handed over

The named-account layer

Every atelier, private label maker, interior and furniture brand and corporate outfitter in the markets you pick, identified by company and by person, built from public sources and kept current. Yours at the end.

The outreach engine

Research-led messages written for one person at a time and reviewed by humans, running on infrastructure we stand up and warm ourselves, so the house's own domains and the brand stay clean.

The operator and the record

A trained operator running it day to day, and reporting that shows coverage of the list rather than activity. This is the part that survives the handover.

One point of contact. Nobody inside the house manages a stack of tools or a bench of freelancers.
Enquirer Consulting Group
The engine, in plain terms

Every message, written for one real person.

01

Target

We build the named list for the trade segments and markets you choose, company by company and person by person, from public sources.

02

Personalize

AI reads each profile and writes a unique message. No templates.

03

Hand off warm

A positive reply pings you and your operator with the prospect and a way to reach them.

04

You take it from there

You take pre-qualified conversations. The engine handles everything before it.

Research-led and human-reviewed. Every message is on-brand, and most of the volume runs on capacity we operate, not only your account.

Why this fits a house with a trade side

Retail stays untouched. The trade buyer does not.

01

Nothing goes near the client

The mechanism is for the trade buyer who orders cloth, and only for them. A luxury client relationship is not an outbound problem and we would not treat it as one.

02

Fairs reach the aisle, not the market

A fair reaches the houses already looking for a mill. A named channel reaches the atelier or the interior brand that has never had a reason to look, in the season they are choosing.

03

You own it at the end

Four months in market, then the playbook, the tooling, the reporting and the operator sit inside the business. Nobody stays in the middle of your pipeline.

Enquirer AI helps us identify the right people and start the conversation in a much smarter way.
$10M+
New business sold for clients.
3,500+
Qualified conversations generated.
100,000+
Decision makers reached for clients.
Fixed engagement, then you own it.
Why ECG

You own it at the end. That is the difference.

+
Without building an outbound team from scratch.
+
Without a permanent agency on retainer forever.
+
Without a stack of tools and freelancers to manage.
+
Without lock-in. You own the engine, including the operator who runs it.
A freelancer sends emails. An agency rents you reps. A consultancy hands you a slide deck. We design the engine, staff it, run it, prove it on real meetings, then hand you the keys.

How we start

Stand up fast. Prove it. Then scale.

Stand up

Build

The named-account data, the messaging, the engine and the dashboard. Day-one capacity from warmed assets and managed seats.

Prove

The test

Run against the KPIs we agree up front. First meetings on the calendar early.

Scale

Ramp

Once the numbers hold, ramp the seats and breadth to the volume you want.

Own

Hand over

Playbook, tooling, dashboards and a trained operator. The engine is yours.

Onboarding sets the targeting and the voice first, so the outreach lands warmer every week.

Next step

Let's see if the mechanism fits.

  1. A short call with Paul, twenty minutes, at a time that works for you.
  2. Paul brings the named companies and the exact roles we would start with in one market. You tell him whether the list is right.
  3. If it fits, we agree the scope and a start date. If not, you keep the read and we leave you alone.
Reply with two or three times that suit and we will work around you, or grab a slot at calendly.com/enquirer/review.
